Tip #1: Relax.
Take a deep breath and remember that you can’t do it all at one time. Tip #2: Be visible. Try not to be in your office for long periods of time unless you’re meeting with teams or teachers. This gives the illusion of you not working. Tip #3: Be empathetic. Being empathetic shows that you genuinely understand teachers' concerns. This will take you far in building those all-important relationships. Tip #4: Build relationships. The support you provide to teachers and the work you do with them is truly a partnership. Tip #5: Celebrate! Celebrate yourself for the work you do and celebrate teachers by acknowledge their work and the progress they’ve made.
