Why this webinar?

Burnout is real! According to an American Federation of Teachers survey conducted in 2017, Educator Quality of Work Life Survey, 62% of the nearly 5,000 survey respondents described their mental health as "not good". We shouldn't take this lightly. There has to be something that can be done to lessen the effects of stress, anxiety, and depression at work for educators.

"Coaches Need Care, Too! Self-Care for Instructional Coaches" webinar is designed to do just that. While you may not be able to escape it completely, there are practices you can use at work to help reduce stress, anxiety, and depression and help reverse the effects these may have on you.

The Coaches Need Care, Too webinar addresses the following questions:
  • What is self-care?
  • Why is self-care important?
  • How can self-care improve your coaching practice?
  • What are some practical and effective ways you can practice self-care at work?

This webinar also comes with an 18-page workbook for you to take notes. It includes a few "goodies" pages as well. With over two dozen strategies to practice self-care at work, the Coaches Need Care, Too webinar is a must-view presentation if you want to survive as an instructional coach while avoiding (or limiting) stress and burnout.
