Picture

Thank you for your interest in speaking at the 2023 Mind Your Coaching Institute (MYCI) presented by Literacy at Work. This year’s Institute is sure to be another exciting one!

The MYCI is a virtual, full-day event specifically designed to up-level the skills and abilities of aspiring, new, and veteran instructional coaches, teacher leaders, and administration helping them to hone in on and discover the art and craft of coaching. The Institute is July 6, 2023 beginning at 11:00 am until 4:00 pm ET.

This year’s theme is "Coaching Reignited" and focuses on
how coaches can reboot, regain and/or reimagine their zest for coaching.  Therefore, speakers are urged to go beyond the basics of the topic you select. You can speak about how coaching can be reignited in a subject area or in a topic area. Here are some examples of topics you might consider:
  • Adult Development and Learning
  • Coach Effectiveness
  • Coaching Conversations
  • Culturally Competent Coaching
  • Early Childhood Coaching
  • Effective Questioning
  • Equity in Coaching
  • Facilitation and Presentation
  • Instructional Leadership
  • Leadership Development
  • Literacy
  • Mathematics
  • Science
  • Technology and Professional Learning

Our audience spans Pre-K-12 grade teachers, teacher leaders, coaches, deans, principals and other instructional leaders.
