What is the Coach Intensive?

The Coach Intensive is an 8-hour, small-group coaching experience designed to help instructional coaches and teacher leaders who are looking for support and answers to questions about the work you do. This is for those looking for something other than just another training, webinar, or workshop. This Intensive is for coaches and teacher leaders who want an authentic, conversational-style learning experience that takes you deeper into content with robust discussion and dialogue aligned with developing the art and craft of coaching.

You won't find slide presentations or a formal environment here, but what you will find is a safe space for you to express your concerns, share your wins, and find possible solutions to your challenges and concerns that will change your practice. To achieve this, the Coach Intensive weaves each of the following concepts throughout all meetings.
